As one of the world’s largest down manufacturers, KL DOWN has been majoring in producing of various down products since 1966.
New techniques are created continuously to upgrade our quality.
Besides, we cooperate with Nishikawa Co., the leader of Japan bedding industry, to innovate “Bubble washing techniques.”
Bubble Wash Technique

We procured 3 sets of computer controlled automatic washing machines manufactured by Germany’s L.H. Lorch Co. Ltd. Bubble Wash efficiently removes impurities from feathers with the powerful explosive force of the bubbles. The cleanliness of down products from KL DOWN is over any other local market standard.

 

To prevent avian influenza, we adopt the standard sterilizing procedure and comply with OIE. All of the down products must be sterilized through high temperature (~120℃) for at least 30 min. The sterilizing procedures and SOPs have been set and conducted in local factories of KL DOWN and monitored by official inspection and quarantine units. Furthermore, the down products will be sanitized by ozone, which extends sustainability of the products. KL DOWN honestly follows rules from OIE and all of sterilizing procedures.
